We are a team of dreamers who once sat in quiet libraries, burnt the midnight oil, and poured our hearts into the UPSC Civil Services Exam. Like thousands of others, we gave it everything — our time, our youth, our hopes. Some of us reached the interview stage. Some cleared Mains. And some came painfully close. But we didn’t make it to the final list.

So, we made a choice.

Instead of walking away, we decided to stay back — not as aspirants anymore, but as mentors.

Prerana, Institute for Civil Services, was born from that very decision. We built this space for students like us — who dare to dream big but need the right guidance. Backed by years of real experience, failures that taught us more than books ever could, and a deep understanding of what it truly takes — we’re here to walk this path with you.
